Position Overview:As a Financial Planner/Branch Manager with Primerica, you'll play a crucial role in helping families take control of their financial futures. You'll be responsible for building relationships, educating clients about financial products and services, and offering solutions tailored to their specific needs.
This is an entrepreneurial opportunity that allows you to run your own business with the support of a national company. You'll have the ability to work independently while earning both commission-based and performance-driven income.
Besides, you need to hire advisors and train the clients and advisors. You need to have big vision to mentor the advisors to go to next level. Meanwhile you need to manage the operation and compliance for the branches with over 100 advisors.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain relationships with clients, conducting financial needs analysis to offer personalized financial strategies.
- Financial Education: Provide expert advice and guidance on a wide range of financial services, including life insurance, retirement planning, investments, and debt management.
- Business Development: Prospect and network to grow your client base. Attend seminars, workshops, and networking events to promote Primerica's services.
- Supervise the branch and advisors: manage the operation, compliance and the advisors' performance at the branch level.
- Entrepreneurial Spirit: A self-starter with the ability to work independently, set goals, and manage time effectively.
- Strong Communication Skills: Must be comfortable building relationships and explaining complex financial concepts to clients in a clear, simple manner.
- Licensing Requirements: Must be willing to obtain the appropriate financial licenses (life insurance, investment, branch manager license etc.), which Primerica will help you achieve.
