Responsibilities:

• Operate and maintain HVAC systems, including centrifugal chillers and cooling towers.
• Use BAS to monitor, control, and optimize building systems.
• Perform minor plumbing and electrical repairs, ensuring compliance with safety standards.
• Conduct regular inspections to identify and address system inefficiencies.
• Provide technical support to trades professionals and escalate complex issues as needed.

Qualifications:

• Expertise in HVAC systems, BAS, and building maintenance.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Effective communication and technical documentation abilities.
• Availability for rotating shifts and on-call emergencies.
• Ability to meet background check requirements, including TPS clearance.
