Responsibilities:

• Perform maintenance and repair tasks on HVAC systems, electrical systems, and building fixtures.
• Operate Building Automation Systems (BAS) to manage and optimize building performance.
• Conduct preventative maintenance and troubleshoot issues promptly.
• Assist trades professionals with various building maintenance tasks.
• Complete maintenance logs, conduct building walkthroughs, and escalate issues to management.

Qualifications:

• Experience in building maintenance and operations, with a focus on HVAC and BAS systems.
• Knowledge of plumbing repairs and mechanical systems.
• Strong oral and written communication skills in English.
• Availability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and emergencies.
• Ability to pass detailed background checks, including TPS-specific clearance.
