We Are Hiring for a Full-Time Customer Service Representative at our packaging facility in Windsor.
- Salary is negotiable based on experience
- Full time + occasional overtime
- Monday to Friday schedule
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, or in person in a professional and courteous manner.
- Address and resolve customer complaints, issues, or concerns effectively and efficiently.
- Maintain thorough knowledge of company products or services to assist customers and provide guidance.
- Assist with order placement, tracking, returns, and exchanges, ensuring accuracy in all details.
- Maintain accurate customer records and issue resolution logs in the company's CRM system.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Patience and empathy to handle challenging situations and resolve customer concerns.
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively.
- Proficiency with CRM systems and basic computer applications.
- Experience in the industry or related field is a plus.
