We Are Hiring for a Full-Time Customer Service Representative at our packaging facility in Windsor.
  • Salary is negotiable based on experience
  • Full time + occasional overtime
  • Monday to Friday schedule
Responsibilities
  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, or in person in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Address and resolve customer complaints, issues, or concerns effectively and efficiently.
  • Maintain thorough knowledge of company products or services to assist customers and provide guidance.
  • Assist with order placement, tracking, returns, and exchanges, ensuring accuracy in all details.
  • Maintain accurate customer records and issue resolution logs in the company's CRM system.
Requirements
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Patience and empathy to handle challenging situations and resolve customer concerns.
  • Attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively.
  • Proficiency with CRM systems and basic computer applications.
  • Experience in the industry or related field is a plus.
