We are seeking a Quality Analyst with 7-10 years of experience with at least 3+ years on experience in Salesforce projects as working as a QA.

What we are looking for :

• Quality Analyst with 7-10 years of experience with at least 3+ years on experience in Salesforce projects as working as a QA
• Good with Writing test cases, scenarios and able to perform end to end SIT testing automation and manual and support in UAT with good communication skills and in depth salesforce knowledge.
• Experience in documentation including testing and Test plan creation.
• Exposure to Financial Service Cloud Or certified in the same
• Should be Admin 201 Certified, Advanced Admin certification is a Plus
• Should know the SFDC Sales and Service cloud Functional flow
• Should be able to understand the Customer's implicit and explicit requirements and manage the defect free testing
• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and experience with tools such as JIRA or Trello.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience with data migration and system integration projects is a plus.
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
