The Role
We are looking for a creative and collaborative Marketing Specialist to join our growing team. In the role you will work on all things content, ensuring that Givecloud's culture and brand voice shine through in all of our blogs, social media posts, emails, videos, and other media forms! What You'll Do
- Content Writing: ads, blog posts, social media posts, podcasts, videos, other media
- SEO: Optimizing web content for search engines to drive organic traffic and attract leads through relevant searches.
- Inbound Marketing: Creating top-of-funnel lead magnets like education articles, blog posts, eBooks, and whitepapers that drive traffic and generate interest in the product.
- Lead Nurturing (Top of Funnel): Managing the initial stages of lead nurturing, ensuring potential customers are engaged through campaigns until they are ready for handoff to sales.
- Influencer Partnerships: Researching and building relationships with influencers whose audience aligns with the company's target demographics and values & nurturing those partnerships to create ongoing value.
- Content Strategy: Collaborating with the broader marketing team to develop a content strategy that aligns with business goals and audience needs.
- Content Repurposing: Adapting existing content (e.g., blog posts) for various platforms like social media, email, and video.
- Content Performance Analysis: Tracking and reporting content performance metrics (e.g., engagement, traffic, conversions) to guide future strategies.
- Brand Voice and Messaging: Ensuring all content maintains a consistent tone, style, and adherence to brand guidelines.
- Email campaigns: coordinating with customer success, design email campaigns to nurture and support new and existing customers. Support communications for customers displaying churn and expansion signals.
- Internal communications: design recurring emails to go out to the team on initiatives, campaigns and updates across the marketing department
What You Bring:
- SEO knowledge, with at least 2 years of experience crafting branded content.
- Experience with google ads, and understanding of best practices.
- An eye for design, trends, and knowing what goes well with the content created is considered an asset!
- Having experience in the SaaS industry, or working with nonprofits, is considered an asset!
