Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Financial Planner to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a passion for helping clients achieve financial security.

Key Responsibilities
  • Client Consultations: Conduct thorough financial assessments to understand clients' financial goals, risk tolerance, and current financial situation.

  • Financial Planning: Develop customized financial plans, including retirement planning, investment strategies, tax planning, and estate planning.

  • Investment Management: Provide investment advice and manage client portfolios to ensure alignment with their financial objectives.

  • Ongoing Support: Monitor and review clients' financial plans regularly to ensure they remain on track towards their goals. Provide updates and adjustments as necessary.

  • Compliance: Stay updated on financial regulations and ensure compliance with all relevant laws and ethical standards.

  • Education and Guidance: Educate clients on financial products and strategies, helping them make informed decisions.

Qualifications
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field. Certified Financial Planner (CFP) designation; Chartered Life Underwriter (CLU) or working towards these designations is desired.

  • Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in financial planning or a related field.

  • Skills:

    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

    • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

    • Proficiency with financial planning software and tools.

    • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.

    • Prospecting and maturing relationships

  • Ethics: High level of integrity and commitment to maintaining client confidentiality.
