Position Available: Production Coordinator

Location: Vancouver, BC

Role Overview:

Rove Concepts is seeking a passionate and detail-oriented Production Coordinator to play a crucial role in optimizing our operational workflows, enhancing product quality, and ensuring seamless production processes. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in production planning, particularly in e-commerce and luxury retail, with a focus on maintaining excellence and efficiency throughout the supply chain.

What You'll Do:

  • Coordinate production schedules to ensure timely completion of orders, working with manufacturers and internal teams to resolve any delays or issues.
  • Collaborate with design, procurement, and logistics teams to streamline workflows and improve efficiency.
  • Monitor production progress, quality standards, and inventory levels to meet customer demand and company goals.
  • Communicate regularly with suppliers and vendors to track order status and ensure on-time delivery of materials and finished goods.
  • Maintain detailed records of production schedules, supplier communications, and quality assurance checks.
  • Identify and address potential bottlenecks or challenges in the production process, recommending solutions to keep operations running smoothly.
  • Assist with forecasting and planning based on sales trends and inventory data.
  • Support the Product Development team in executing new product launches, ensuring production timelines are met.

What You'll Need:

  • 3+ years of experience in a similar role, preferably in furniture manufacturing, retail, or a related industry.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to coordinate with cross-functional teams and external partners.
  • Proficiency in project management tools and software.
  • Knowledge of production workflows and supply chain processes, with a strong attention to detail.
  • Problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to changing circumstances quickly.
  • Familiarity with ERP systems and inventory management software is an asset.
  • A passion for design and craftsmanship is a plus!
