We're looking for a Junior Procurement Specialist to support our operational efficiency. This role is ideal for someone eager to grow their skills in procurement while contributing to a fast-paced, tech-driven environment!

PLEASE NOTE: This is a full-time, permanent, on-site position in Downtown Vancouver.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in sourcing and selecting vendors for goods and services.
- Prepare and issue purchase orders, ensuring compliance with company policies.
- Monitor vendor performance and maintain positive supplier relationships.
- Track and manage inventory levels to meet operational needs.
- Support cost-saving initiatives and negotiate pricing where applicable.
- Collaborate with internal teams to understand procurement needs and provide timely solutions.
- Maintain accurate records of procurement activities and documentation.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory and company standards.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- 1+ year of experience in procurement or supply chain roles.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Familiarity with procurement software or ERP systems is an asset.
- Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Knowledge of the fintech or tech industry is a plus.
