We are looking for an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead multiple or large-scale projects and programs, with a strong focus on mobile app development. This role involves mentoring and managing junior Project Managers while ensuring effective communication with executive-level customers and internal stakeholders. The Senior Project Manager will plan, coordinate, and oversee all aspects of internal information system-specific projects from initiation to delivery, ensuring successful outcomes within budget and timeline constraints.

Key Responsibilities

• Mentor, train, and manage junior Project Managers, fostering professional growth and development within the team.
• Lead and oversee multiple or very large projects/programs, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectives.
• Serve as a key communication point for executive-level customer and internal stakeholder engagement, providing regular updates, status reports, and resolving escalations.
• Plan and coordinate all aspects of projects, which may involve network, server, or software implementation/upgrades, PC deployment, process improvement, and more.
• Define project requirements in collaboration with internal customers and partners, performing feasibility and needs/impact assessments.
• Develop detailed project plans, outlining milestones, resource allocations, and timelines to ensure project goals are met.
• Manage all phases of project implementation, including resource allocation, progress tracking, change control, testing, documentation, and training.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget constraints, and to the satisfaction of stakeholders.
• Coordinate and collaborate with IT and Network staff, ensuring project requirements are met and milestones are achieved.
• Conduct regular project status meetings, providing visibility into progress, risks, and issues, and implementing corrective actions as needed.
• Work under the direction of a senior project/program manager, aligning on organizational priorities and project outcomes.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• 5+ years of experience as a Project Manager, ideally with a focus on mobile app development or related technology domains.
• Proven experience managing multiple or large-scale projects and leading cross-functional teams.
• Strong leadership and mentoring skills, with the ability to train and manage less senior PMs.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with experience engaging executive-level customers and internal stakeholders.
• Expertise in planning, coordinating, and executing information system-specific projects, including network, server, and software implementations.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen ability to assess feasibility and project impacts.
• Ability to develop detailed project plans, manage budgets, and ensure timely delivery.
• Knowledge of project management tools, methodologies, and best practices.
• Experience with change management, testing, documentation, and training processes.
