Job Title: Java Architect with Spring Boot & Microservices

Job Description:

We are looking for a highly skilled and hands-on Java Architect to join our team. This role demands a strong background in Spring Boot and microservices architecture, along with excellent communication skills to articulate design and architecture effectively. The ideal candidate should be experienced in creating, explaining, and documenting architecture for complex use cases, and must be proficient in tools like [draw.io](https://draw.io) and PowerPoint for visual representation.

Responsibilities:

• Architect, design, and implement scalable solutions using Java, Spring Boot, and microservices.
• Create architectural diagrams and documentation using tools such as [draw. io](https://draw.io) and PowerPoint.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Clearly explain and communicate architectural decisions and design rationale for use cases.
• Stay hands-on with coding to ensure solutions meet architectural standards and project requirements.
• Provide technical guidance and leadership to development teams.
• Review and optimize existing architectures to enhance performance, scalability, and maintainability.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Java Architect with strong expertise in Spring Boot and microservices.
• Proficient in creating architectural diagrams and presentations using [draw.io](https://draw.io) and PowerPoint.
• Hands-on experience with coding in Java and related technologies.
• Excellent communication skills to articulate technical concepts to technical and nontechnical stakeholders.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to design for complex use cases.
