SUMMARY: The position of the Program Manager PET) assists the Account/General Manager, PET with technical sales, customer relationship management and program management. The role requires direct interaction with Customers, Sales and Operations Teams in order to deliver clean orders into the business. Together with the Account/Business Manager the Program Manager promotes StackTeck's values and sets the stage so that StackTeck can deliver great customer experiences and demonstrate our commitment to “Going Beyond”.

MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Management of program scope, technical requirements and timelines including leading order kickoff for customer orders.
  • Ensure necessary order information is obtained from customers (post clean orders).
  • Prepare customer quotations per requested information.
  • Work in cooperation with StackTeck subsidiaries to prepare customer proposals.
  • Attend design reviews and ensure scope compliance.
  • Follow through with customer complaints to successful resolution.
  • Manage milestones, updates, test scheduling, and monitor and attend mold tests.
  • Organize daily agendas and wrap up meetings for customer visits.
  • Facilitate customer approval prior to shipment.
  • Follow up to measure success and provide feedback to StackTeck.
  • Provide hands-on support in the field, working closely with team members to address mechanical challenges; strong mechanical aptitude and experience with tools required.
  • Support the General Manager, PET with customer presentations, webinars, and exhibits.
  • Occasional travel based on business needs to support organizational objectives.
  • Act as an ambassador for StackTeck with customer and internal parties.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

TECHNICAL KNOWLEDGE/EXPERIENCE

  • 5+ years' experience in a Program/Project management or Customer Service role – Preference given to candidates with experience in Injection Molding and PET.
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or related field would be an asset.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Strong multi-tasking ability and proven problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office; working knowledge of program/project management software.
  • Willingness to travel.
  • Second language skills is a strong asset.
