Arrowquip is looking for a highly motivated, friendly, and enthusiastic Logistics Coordinator to join our rapidly, employee first, company! Reporting directly to the Logistics Manager, you will collaborate closely with various internal teams and external partners to optimize efficiency and deliver exceptional service to our customers.

The Role:

Transportation Management

  • Coordinate, schedule, and monitor shipping providers.
  • Communicate and negotiate with our partners and suppliers.
  • Keep detailed, organized records of all booking.
  • Book daily carrier packages and pallet shipments as needed.

Importing and Exporting

  • Manage the importing and exporting processes, including customs clearance and documentation.
  • Ensure compliance with international trade regulations and requirements.

Customer Service

  • Service as the primary point of contact for customers regarding shipping and delivery inquires.
  • Provide timely updates on order status and resolve any shipping-related issues.
  • Collaborate with customer service team to address customer concerns and ensure a positive experience.
  • Analyze transportation data and metrics to identify trends and opportunities for optimization.

You Have:

  • Experience in the Logistics field, knowledge of cross border shipments
  • Experience with ERP, Smartsheet, Excel, Adobe
  • Precision- oriented
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Problem-solving skills
  • Drive to succeed.
