Role name: Automation Project Manager

Role Description: Responsible for the development and maintenance of an End to End test methodology for the Digital and Technology department. Responsible for the planning and execution of all test phases for projects and BAU activities within the Digital and Technology department. Responsible for closely working with functional and technical teams to triage any issues / bugs across various phases of testing Responsible for ensuring that the test function is appropriately resourced Responsible for the management of vendor resource productivity, capacity and quality of outcomes Responsible for ensuring that testing timeframes are met and are completed with appropriate quality

Competencies: HiTech : Automation Testing, Test Management

Experience (Years): 8-10

Essential Skills: Test Management 5+ years of Test management with experience across functional, non-functional testing, vendor management and automation Exposure to Performance and Automation testing tools and processes Exposure to Service, Release and Change Management processes Broad Experience with Testing methodologies, testing types, processes and practices. Extensive experience working in an IT environment including working to standards such as ITIL and with common test Management tools in an integrated environment. Proven experience working in complex business environments with multiple locations and supporting internal customers with high expectations

Desirable Skills: Banking Domain experience
