The Yale Saloon is Vancouver's home for all things Country!

Located in Vancouver's entertainment district on Granville Street, the Yale Saloon presents the complete country experience. You can expect Southern hospitality, line dancing lessons, mechanical bull riding and boot stompin' parties!

We are looking for outgoing, fun-loving people who are interested in joining an energetic and a positive team!

The Position:

Reporting directly to the General Manager, the Yale Party Producer will be a natural leader and help to deliver positive shareable experiences. They are fun, energetic and know how to throw a party!

They will be responsible for creating positive shareable experiences for guests at The Yale Saloon through customer service, as well as drive business through community outreach.

• A passion for creating positive, shareable experiences?
• Availability to work on the weekends and holidays, including late nights and into the wee hours of the morning?
• The valid Serving It Right certification?

The Role:

• Conduct outreach in the community to bring in guests to the venue.
• Actively host and entertain parties, ensuring their needs are met and enhancing their overall experience.
• Ensuring positive shareable experiences are created and maintained.
• Execute and deliver exceptional customer service throughout the entire guest experience, from initial contact to final departure.
• Serving and bartending during peak hours.
