Job Summary:
We are looking for a seasoned Change Management Manager to oversee and drive effective change initiatives within a banking and cybersecurity environment. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in managing change programs, fostering organizational adaptability, and ensuring successful implementation of complex projects. A strong background in cybersecurity and financial services is highly desirable.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive change management strategies to support cybersecurity and banking projects.
- Collaborate with stakeholders across the organization to assess change impacts and develop tailored communication and training plans.
- Act as a trusted advisor to leadership teams, ensuring alignment on change initiatives and driving stakeholder engagement.
- Create and maintain change management deliverables, including impact assessments, stakeholder analyses, communication plans, and training materials.
- Manage organizational resistance by identifying risks, developing mitigation strategies, and ensuring successful adoption of changes.
- Lead cross-functional teams to deliver on change initiatives, ensuring alignment with cybersecurity protocols and banking compliance standards.
- Monitor and report on the effectiveness of change management activities, leveraging data and insights to refine strategies.
- Drive continuous improvement in change management processes and tools within the banking and cybersecurity domains.
- Ensure changes align with regulatory requirements, industry best practices, and the organization's strategic goals.
Key Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience (7+ years) in change management, with a focus on banking and cybersecurity environments.
- Strong knowledge of cybersecurity principles and financial industry compliance standards.
- Experience with change management frameworks such as ADKAR, Prosci, or equivalent.
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence at all organizational levels.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple complex change projects simultaneously.
- Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills to assess impacts and risks effectively.
- Proficiency in project management tools and techniques.
Education & Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Certification in Change Management (e.g., Prosci, CCMP) or equivalent is a plus.
- Experience working in banking and/or cybersecurity is highly desirable.
