Responsibilities:
- Plan, set up and manage a digital asset system to categorize, tag, and organize photos, videos, and other digital content, ensuring assets are easy to access.
- Automate SMS marketing initiatives by integrating systems and tools that streamline communication with customers, and assist in managing other digital campaigns to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
- Develops and executes testimonial and review strategies to leverage customer feedback, enhance brand credibility, and drive trust through Google, Facebook etc.
- Collaborates with the marketing team to design and optimize landing pages for campaigns, enhancing user experience and lead generation to drive conversions while maintaining brand consistency.
Profile:
- Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail, able to efficiently manage and organize digital assets, ensuring easy access and smooth integration into marketing campaigns
- Self-motivated with a proactive approach to working independently, while maintaining effective communication and collaboration with the marketing team to align with strategic goals
- Experience with CRM systems or a strong willingness to learn and integrate CRM tools into marketing processes
- Strong communication skills, capable of developing and executing strategies to gather, leverage, and showcase customer testimonials and reviews, enhancing brand credibility and trust across platforms like Google and Facebook
- Collaborative and team-oriented, working closely with the marketing team to design and optimize landing pages, ensuring a seamless user experience, optimized lead generation, and consistent brand messaging
- Strong task prioritization skills, able to manage multiple projects simultaneously, handle ad-hoc requests, and meet tight deadlines without compromising quality
