About the role:

veritree is seeking an Operations Coordinator to join its team. This role is responsible for supporting and streamlining the operational activities of the organization. This role ensures the seamless execution of projects, processes, and administrative functions. The Operations Coordinator works closely with the Operations and Sales departments to support the overall efficiency of the company.

What will you be doing?
  1. Provide administrative assistance to the Operations team.
    • You will assist in the preparation of reports, spreadsheets, and documents.
    • You will assist in updating and maintaining spreadsheets to ensure accurate records of operational and sensitive financial data.
    • You will add contracts into our database and review details for accuracy.
    • You will assist with tree order data within platform.
  2. Workflow / process creation and documentation.
    • You will assist in documenting and implementing workflows, while communicating with relevant stakeholders.
    • You will assist in documenting and implementing standard operating procedures (SOPs) to improve efficiency.
    • You will identify bottlenecks or inefficiencies in workflows and propose improvements.
    • You will identify areas for automation improvement.
  3. Customer and vendor support.
    • You will communicate via email, phone, and video with customers and vendors as necessary to resolve operational issues.

Requirements

Professional Requirements:

  • 2-3 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Proficiency in office software (e.g., Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, Excel).
  • Experience with NetSuite, HubSpot (or other CRM), and Guru is an asset.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

A typical hiring range for this position is $50,000 - $60,000 CAD per year with the final salary offer based on your qualifications, job-related skills, and relevant experience.
