Teldon Media Group is looking for talented salespeople to join our sales team and become a valued member of a company that specializes in creating cutting-edge print marketing materials, particularly our specialized magazines tailored exclusively for real estate professionals across North America.
As a Sales Representative, you will proactively reach out to real estate agents throughout Canada and the US, presenting the value of our customizable magazines to help them expand their client base. Your responsibilities will include making cold calls, generating interest, qualifying prospects, and closing sales.
This is an in-office role located at our head office in Richmond, BC, where you will join our existing sales team and benefit from continuous in-office support from our sales leaders.

What a Sales Associate Does:
- Conduct persuasive sales presentations over the phone, identifying and addressing client needs
- Proactively build and nurture long-lasting relationships with potential clients
- Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to consistently exceed sales targets
- Deliver exceptional customer service by promptly addressing inquiries and resolving issues
- Manage a high volume of inbound/outbound telephone calls and emails efficiently
- Utilize Salesforce to place orders and maintain an accurate customer contact database
- Stay up to date with product offerings/services and industry trends
What You'll Need to Succeed:
- 2+ years of previous sales experience is required, preferably in a phone based sales setting
- Must be comfortable placing cold calls
- Proficiency in using sales/CRM software is an asset, with prior experience in Salesforce considered a strong asset
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English
- Strong organizational and time-management skills to handle a high volume of calls and emails
- Self-motivation, a positive attitude, and the ability to excel both independently and within a team
- Ability to learn quickly adapt to new challenges, and thrive in a fast-paced environment
Salary Range: The base salary range for this position starts from $50,000 annually. Final compensation will be commensurate with applicable experience and skill level.
