Enviroway is a Saskatchewan family owned and operated manufacturing company. We grow green cleaning technologies in the heart of the prairies. Based out of Saskatoon, employing over 80 staff, we formulate & manufacture over 300 cleaning products that are sold globally in over 20 different countries. Treating each and every walk-in customer with a welcoming and courteous attitude is your job.

Customer Service Associate/Office Administration

• Maintain the overall Ambience of the workplace

• Paper correspondence and mails

• Catering to the In-store Customer, Invoices and Payments

• Maintaining Inventory of In store stocks and Stationery

• Filing Invoices, cheques and Shipping log.

NOTE:- Training will be provided

Requirements and skills

  • Proven work experience as a Receptionist, Front Office Representative or similar role
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Hands-on experience with office equipment (e.g., fax machines and printers)
  • Professional attitude and appearance
  • Solid written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to be resourceful and proactive when issues arise
