One of our manufacturing clients is looking for a Forklift Operator in Delta, BC for their facility.

Shift - Rotation /Afternoon

Responsibilities:

• Conduct and properly document daily inspections of forklift trucks.
• Ensure compliance with maintenance and servicing needs of forklift trucks.
• Adhere strictly to safety protocols, procedures, and standards.
• Keep the work area clean, organized, and well-maintained.
• Represent the company positively to both employees and customers.
• Abide by all regulatory requirements, company policies, and procedures.
• Undertake any additional tasks delegated by management.

Requirements:

• Possession of a valid forklift certification and demonstrated experience operating a counter-balance lift truck.
• At least two years of relevant experience.
• Proficient in both written and verbal communication.
• Familiarity with bar code scanning and label printing.
• Basic understanding of mathematics.
• Competent in using basic hand tools.
