Expedition Expectations

As a member of the finance and accounting team, the accounting coordinator will be responsible for processing transactions for the Corporate, Leisure and Meetings and Events divisions.

Location: Georgetown, ON

Passport to Success

• Post company credit card transactions
• Oversee CyberSource reconciliation
• Post and reconcile POS transactions
• Manage client and vendor bank deposits
• Process reconciling vendor payments
• Post and process Client EFT payments
• Helping with interface errors for the Corporate and Leisure division
• Able to meet deadlines without sacrificing accuracy

Going the Extra Mile

• Preferred 3 or more years of general accounting experience with a solid emphasis on billing
• Excellent attention to detail along with problem identification, analytical and resolution skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Self-motivator with the ability to work alone
• Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to prioritize multiple assignments to meet deadlines
• Ability to adopt a flexible, hands-on approach in relation to the strategic direction of the company
• Must be able to lawfully work in Canada and have unrestricted work authorization for Canada
