We are looking to add a Billing Administrator to our team!

Position Title: Billing Administrator

Reports to: Corporate Controller

Department: Projects

Work Location: Leduc, Alberta office

Position Summary

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Billings Administrator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for billing duties and various project accounting tasks, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in financial processes. Duties and Responsibilities

  • Prepare and process invoices, ensuring accuracy and compliance with project contract agreements and company policies.
  • Collaborate with Project Managers and Project Accountants to resolve billing variances, delivering excellent and timely customer service to both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Assist with other project accounting tasks as requested, contributing to the overall success of the team.

Physical Requirements

  • Long periods of sitting, data entry, computer work for extended periods. You are responsible to work in a safe and proper manner utilizing Workplace Ergonomics to avoid injury to oneself and to others.

Work Environment

  • Work is carried out primarily indoors.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in invoicing and project accounting.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, Sage 300, and 4castplus.
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail in managing financial records and processing transactions.
  • Strong sense of urgency with a clear understanding of cash flow impacts.
