What you'll be doing:

In the Project Manager role, you will work with our outside salespeople to support project delivery activities on secured orders. We're looking for a highly organized and conscientious individual to contribute to the success of our winning team.

  • Project scheduling
  • Project document production & maintenance
  • Accurate NS management (sales total, PO's, estimated ship dates, etc)
  • Order entry & management
  • Arranging deliveries
  • Project document production & maintenance

  •  Liaise with contractors to support project delivery activities
  • Oversee project schedules
  • Bill of material (BOM) confirmation
  • Verify ventilation equipment details prior to inform equipment release
  • Communicate equipment delivery details
  • Change notice administration
  • Issue purchase orders to manufacturers and validate acknowledgements
  • Manage/coordinate internal service paint case files
  • Manage fulfillment process, including receipt, packing, and shipping
  • Arrange shipments as required, coordinating with internal/external logistics and customer contacts.
  • Establish and maintain working relationships with sales team and external vendors

Who you are:

  • An understanding of mechanical construction drawings would be an asset, but not required.
  • University Degree or College Diploma in Business Administration or equivalent
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to work well both independently and within a team environment across multiple office locations.
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced environment.
  • Able to multi-task and meet strict deadlines
