As a Service Support Specialist you will provide administrative and office support to our field service operations. As well as provide administrative assistance with accounts receivables and collections.

Job Duties:
● Input invoices into web-based software ensuring accuracy and compliance
● Follow up with subcontractors for outstanding invoices
● Research and respond to subcontractor billing questions in coordination with AP
● Update customer web portals with real-time information
● Print and file invoices and supporting safety documentation
● Provide "Backup" to assist payroll and team with any follow-up or data entry required surrounding service work orders
● Comply with all applicable OHSA, ESA and other provincial regulatory laws, as well as company safety policies
● Any other duties as assigned by the Field Service Support Manager, or Senior Leadership team

Qualifications:
● High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
● Strong proficiency in common office programs including Microsoft Office and Google Suite with the aptitude to learn new software
● Knowledge of Accpac/Sage 300 accounting software as an asset
● Exceptional communication and ability to convey information appropriately
● High level of accuracy and attention to detail
● Ability to speak, write, read, and comprehend procedures in English

Salary: $45,000-50,000 CAD/annually

This is an in-office position located in Ajax, Ontario. All candidates will be required to either relocate or commute if out of this hiring area.
