Overview

As a Renewal Specialist at Solace, you will play a crucial role in supporting our customer success and sales teams and revenue team in creating and managing renewal quotes and maintaining renewal database. This position offers an excellent opportunity for a motivated student to gain hands-on experience in the technology sector, specifically in the areas of customer relationship management and business operations.

In This Role, You Will….

• Assist with day-to-day annual subscription billing renewal process, including quote related activities
• Help maintain accurate recurring revenue (subscription) database for a growing customer base
• Provide support to other members of the Revenue team
• Work on special projects
• Ad hoc duties as required

What You'll Bring to the Role

• Basic accounting knowledge
• Some Microsoft Excel experience
• High attention to accuracy and detail in working processes and reports
• History of thriving in a rapidly changing environment
• Friendly and able to work with staff across all departments
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
