Scope of the Position:

As a part of our Automation Team, the Sales Coordinator will primarily be responsible for all aspects of our customer's buying experience including sales support, quotations, order processing and services.

Major Responsibilities:

• Utilize ERP to provide customer quotations, create vendor purchase orders, and process orders or returns as needed to ensure an excellent customer experience.
• Respond to customers' requests via email and phone, including product selection, pricing, availability, and other customer service-related inquiries.
• Use CRM to assist in identifying sales opportunities within the assigned geographical area. Assist team with closing salesAct as a technical subject matter expert on products and service.
• Support order logistics coordination with applicable departments (e.g., Purchasing, Accounts Receivable, Billing).
• Attend and assist with the planning of customer and vendor events or promotions as needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• Post-secondary education from a technical program (Electrical, Mechanical discipline) or equivalent experience.
• Knowledge of Electrical, Pneumatics, and Automation products preferred.
• Excellent English communication skills (oral and written) with the ability to communicate effectively to key stakeholders.
• Detail- oriented with exceptional organizational skills.
• Self-motivated with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality of proprietary and sensitive business information.
• Strong computer skills, including ability to work with Microsoft Outlook, Word & Excel.
• Previous CRM and ERP experience an asset.
