As our Sprinkler Service/ Inspection Technician, you will be responsible for a wide variety of in-field fire services such as installing, inspecting, maintaining, modifying, and servicing fire protection equipment and fire sprinkler systems. Some of the additional expectations of this role include:

  • Reading and interpreting blueprints, diagrams, specifications, schematics, and operational/product manuals.
  • Determining specific solutions and recommendations for customers.
  • Preparing materials for daily execution of assigned work orders.
  • Completing daily reports of completed work orders and activities.
  • Ensuring safe work practices are followed safety leadership is demonstrated in all aspects of the job.
  • Mentoring other team members including trainees as assigned.

Candidate must also possess the following experience and training credentials:

  • 2+ years of field experience installing, inspecting, maintaining, modifying, and servicing sprinkler systems and fire pumps
  • Appropriate trade training or RFPT training with sprinkler systems and/or fire pump endorsements
  • Valid drivers license

Applicants must be able to travel to and work out of remote client sites. Overtime and overnight travel will be required; therefore, hours of work/schedule will vary.
