Dealership Accountant

Full-Time, 40 hours/week, Monday-Friday

Temporary Maternity Leave Cover for 12 months

What you'll be doing:

• Pull and put together accurate data, providing regular updates on projects and analysis of financial results.
• Execute the financial reporting and analysis to support the dealership in its business strategies, related to its financial goals.
  
• Bank and account reconciliation.

We keep things simple, measuring your performance on achieving and exceeding:

• Timely and accurate maintenance of accounts payable, receivable, cash receipts, payroll, and general ledger.
• Punctuality in both attendance and reporting to deadlines.

A great attitude will get you 90% there, for the rest, we're looking for:

• Accounting Diploma, Certificate or equivalent work experience related to accounting.
• 2-3 or more years of progressive experience in an accounting type role.
• Strong financial acumen, well beyond just using the calculator app on your phone.
• Experience in Accounting Software would be considered an asset.
• Valid Driver's license considered an asset but not required.
