About the Role
This is a permanent full-time role based in Burnaby, British Columbia. We are looking for someone who is excited about planning, coordinating event and not afraid to roll up their sleeves to get things done. This role will provide end to end support to the Marketing team when it comes to organizing events. The successful candidate must be able to commute to the office minimum three days per week.
Responsibilities
- Events
- Research, plan and execute Tradeshows
- Develop webinars including topics, content and logistics
- Plan and coordinate customer learning events
- Partner Marketing
- Plan and develop all partner related content
- Plan and execute all partner related events
- Customer Marketing
- Plan and design monthly company Newsletter
- Plan, edit, and design Tip Tuesday videos
- Execute company NPS program
- Conduct customer and prospect surveys
- Manage customer referral program and campaigns
- Develop customer-related marketing materials
- Other
- Complete all required AGD reporting and ensure ongoing compliance
- Create content for and conduct monthly sales and marketing alignment meetings
- Other duties as request by the manager
Key Qualifications
- Degree in marketing, communications, hospitality
- Must be able to communicate in English
- Strong organizational skills
- Familiarity with the Dental Industry
- At least 4 years of marketing experience, with 2 of those years in event marketing
- Project management experience
- Meticulous attention to detail
- Multi-tasker with a strong work ethic
- Solid working knowledge of Salesforce, HubSpot, and Zoom
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Strong communication skills
- Resides in the Metro Vancouver Area is required

Work Environment
