About The Role

Bosa Properties is looking for an Estimator to join our Commercial Projects team. Reporting to the Director, Commercial Projects & Operations­­, this individual will have a unique opportunity to source and analyze market construction pricing, for materials and equipment­­­­, along with supporting the projects division in driving schedule and processes.

What You'll Do

• Source pricing for materials and equipment;
• Build a database of pricing to improve efficiency;
• Create schedules for lead times and project duration;
• Analyze risk and opportunity in the project pipeline with respect to pricing and scheduling;
• Support the Director on value engineering initiatives.

What You Bring

• Two (2) + years of experience in construction estimating;
• Strong analytical skills, demonstrated through attention to detail with accurate cost estimation;
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, terminology, and best practices;
• Strong analytical skills, demonstrated through attention to detail with accurate cost estimation;
• Ability to present and communicate relevant effectively;
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and adapt to changing priorities;
• Ability to establish and maintain positive relationships across the organization and with external partners;
• Experience with estimating or construction software such as Bluebeam, CAD, MS Projects, Procore, will be considered an asset.

Our salary ranges and bonus percentages are determined by job family and level. Base salary is determined by a combination of factors including, but not limited to, education and training, years of relevant experience, and internal equity.
