As a Full-time Family Physician, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality, patient-centred care to individuals and families in our community.
Key Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive medical care to patients of all ages
• Diagnosing and treating a variety of acute and chronic illnesses and injuries
• Conducting routine check-ups, health screenings, and preventative care
• Developing and implementing personalized treatment plans
• Ordering and interpreting diagnostic tests and lab results
• Maintain accurate, up-to-date, and timely electronic medical records using the Accuro EMR system
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, including specialists and allied health professionals, to ensure coordinated and comprehensive patient care
• Participate in on-call duties as per the clinic's schedule, including evening and weekend rotations
• Stay current with best practices, guidelines, and advancements in family medicine through ongoing professional development and education

Qualifications:

• Eligible for licensure with the College of Physicians and Surgeons of Manitoba (CPSM)
• Current liability insurance through the Canadian Medical Protective Association (CMPA)
• Completion of a recognized family medicine residency program
