A DAY IN THE LIFE

As a Construction Crew Worker, you're an essential part of our close-knit team. Beyond your construction skills, we value your willingness to learn, collaborate effectively, prioritize safety, and embrace our core values. In this role, you're primarily involved in physical labor on farm and rural residential projects, working under the guidance of our Site Supervisor.

Specific tasks you handle:

• Tackle various construction tasks with enthusiasm
• Safely operate equipment such as earth compactors, elevating/mobile work platforms, and pneumatic tools
• Work closely with your team to meet project milestones and ensure top-notch work standards
• Uphold safety protocols and regulations to keep our work environment secure
• Maintain open communication with supervisors and team members to ensure project goals are met

QUALIFICATIONS

• Ability to perform physical labor and operate construction equipment safely and efficiently
• Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and commitment to quality
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and willingness to travel to job sites within approximately one hour of the POST Shop in Alma, ON (we offer per-kilometer travel reimbursement for distances greater than 35 kilometers from home)

Previous experience in construction or a related field is preferred but not required.
