The Role

Versaterm is looking for a Cloud Engineer to be a cornerstone of a newly formed infrastructure team. We are looking for a motivated, hands-on individual to jump into cloud architecture and security engineering.

This position may require up to 25% travel within the US and Canada.

What You'll Bring

• At least one programming language proficiency
• Experience in AWS & Azure Cloud knowledge
• Infrastructure as Code Experience, including CloudFormation, Terraform and, Ansible
• Knowledge of SOC 2, ISO 27001, NIST 800-53 standards
• Networking knowledge and experience including securing cloud at scale
• Experience in containerization, Docker, Kubernetes, etc.
• CI/CD experience including Azure DevOps, GitHub and Jenkins
• Amazing verbal and written communication skills

You'll Impress Us With

• Public Safety or Government Technology experience
• Experience with on-premises datacenters
