We are growing again! We are adding a Contract Sales Consultant to our Team. This position oversees project planning, resource allocation, budget monitoring, and progress tracking to ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and on budget. The role demands excellent customer service, negotiation skills, and teamwork to support company goals in alignment with our core Mission, Vision, and Values.
- up to $90,000 (based on experience)

- Ongoing training, including specialized opportunities through the Door Hardware Institute (DHI)
- University degree or college diploma in a related field, or equivalent experience
- 3-5 years of related experience, with sales training or certification as a plus
- Strong understanding of building codes, safety, and fire code compliance
- Ability to interpret architectural drawings and adapt to changing demands
- Client Needs Assessment: Recommend products and services based on client needs and requirements
- Contract Negotiation: Negotiate pricing, secure contracts, and review for accuracy
- Estimating: Complete project estimates, request vendor quotes, and ensure accurate pricing
- Material Coordination: Organize material detailing, ensuring timely submittals and production sheets
- Product Knowledge: Offer alternative solutions based on product expertise
- Project Scheduling: Manage schedules for timely shipping, delivery, and installation
- Billing & Collections: Coordinate with accounting on prompt billing and collections, resolving any issues
- Project Postmortems: Lead post-project reviews to improve processes
- Sales Contract Management: Maximize profit through value-added selling, managing change orders, and addressing deficiencies
- Customer Service: Build strong relationships and provide outstanding service to clients
- Site Visits & Communication: Visit construction sites regularly and issue timely change orders
- Dispute Resolution: Resolve contractor disputes through effective communication and decision-making
