Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to join our team. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing interior renovation/construction projects in the ICI (industrial, commercial, institutional) field from start to finish. This includes coordinating with all stakeholders, including clients, architects, engineers, internal teams, and subcontractors, to ensure successful project completion. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership abilities, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record of delivering ICI projects on time and within budget.

Responsibilities:

• Manage all aspects of construction projects, including planning, scheduling, budgeting, and quality control.
• Coordinate with clients to understand project requirements and deliverables.
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, consultants, and subcontractors to develop project plans and specifications.
• Oversee the bidding process and select qualified subcontractors.
• Monitor project progress to ensure adherence to timelines and budgets.
• Conduct regular site visits to inspect workmanship and address any issues.
• Manage project documentation, including contracts, change orders, RFIs, and permits.
• Communicate effectively with all stakeholders, providing updates and resolving conflicts.
• Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and standards.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or certificate in Construction Management or a related field (preferred).
• Proven experience as a Construction Project Manager or similar role, preferably in ICI.
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, techniques, and materials.
• Proficient in construction management software such as ProCore or similar programs.
• Familiarity with construction estimating software such as HeavyBid.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills.
• Strong leadership abilities with the ability to motivate and manage a team.
• Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to read schematics and blueprints.
• Knowledge of Civil 3D or similar design software is a plus.

Pay: $75,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year
