This structured, three-tiered program progresses from Apprentice to Senior level, blending traditional machinist duties with a unique focus on machine ownership and technical mastery. By the end of the program, you'll be prepared for advanced roles such as Engineering Designer or Program Manager, bringing innovation and efficiency to our operations.
What You'll Do:
Manufacturing Process Development: As a trainee, you'll refine manufacturing processes, manage machine controls, oversee production quality, and perform preventive maintenance on advanced CNC machines and robotic systems.
Level 1 – Apprentice: Begin by building foundational skills in equipment operation, precise measurement, and machine setup. You'll work with tools like cranes, forklifts, Fanuc controllers, and Powermill to develop essential machining capabilities.
Level 2 – Intermediate: Progress to mastering complex setups, programming, tooling selection, and basic troubleshooting. You'll gain proficiency with M-Codes and G-Codes, data manipulation, and minor machine repairs.
Level 3 – Senior: At the Senior level, you'll take on advanced setups, create custom tooling, and develop process efficiencies. You'll also guide newer technicians, ensuring that every detail meets our high standards.
