Reporting to the Construction Supervisor, theField Installeris responsible for the safe and efficientassembly of fabrication and building erection activities within our Calgary mod yard and off-site client locations.If you like working outdoors and have previous installer experience, we want to hear from you!

• Monday-Friday shift with opportunitiesfor extra overtime

A DAY IN THE LIFE

• Installs steel and sheet metal structures, panels, and components
• Participates in the construction process of modular steel units
• Operates tools necessary for construction, including hand power tools
• Ensures the quality of assembly production
• Completes housekeeping duties in assigned area or project area on a daily basis and/or when required.
• Knows, understands and follows PTW'sCode of Conduct and employment policies, rules and regulations
• Complies with standards and procedures of PTW'shealth & safety manual and Occupational Health & Safety regulations

EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS

• Previous general labourer or construction experience
• Previous experience with steel or sheet metal products an asset
• Previous experience working outdoors in all-weather conditions
• Ability to work on structures 20 to 30 feet off of the ground
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle tight deadlines
• Ability to communicate in a clear, concise, and confident manner
• Ability to prioritize and execute multiple tasks quickly
• Understand and follow oral and written directions
• Ability to establish and maintain cooperative working relationships with others

OTHER REQUIREMENTS

• Must be comfortable working in outdoor conditions
• Must be willing to travel within Calgary and Western Canada to site locations
• Must have own transportation as location is not accessible with public transportation.
• Must have CSA approved steel-toed boots
• Must abide by all client site requirements, including pre-access drug and alcohol testing
