If you want to shine a light on academic excellence, be empowered to make an impact on the transformation of the Canadian post-secondary education landscape, and work collaboratively beyond levels, join us.
Who we need
Reporting to the Director of the Project Management Office (PMO), we have a newly created opportunity for a Senior IT Project Manager. You will lead and oversee enterprise-wide IT projects, including ERP, CRM, and other complex initiatives, including a multi-year Salesforce implementation. You will take full ownership of your projects from start to finish, ensuring successful outcomes by securing and managing resources, coordinating closely with internal teams, and collaborating with third-party vendors. You will apply your expertise in risk management and strategic planning to achieve project goals and drive impactful results across the organization.
This is a hybrid role, working 2-3 days a week in our downtown Toronto office with the flexibility to work from our Vaughan location as needed.
What's in it for you
A rare opportunity. No other higher education institution in Canada operates on our scale. With an employee base of approximately 2000 staff and faculty and upwards of 15,000 students, you will be in a unique position to plan and implement multiple Salesforce modules. Influence and impact. Owned and guided by private equity partners, we are in active growth mode, investing in our infrastructure, our people, our students, and our future. We make decisions quickly and work in smaller teams, increasing your exposure and influence. Your role will ensure on-time, on-budget delivery of large and smaller scale projects, positively impacting faculty, staff, and students, increasing efficiency, access to data and insights, and collaboration and communication. As part of the PMO, you will be critical in implementing technology solutions to enhance and customize the student experience from enrollment to graduation.

You will play a key role in ensuring the successful elevation of our reputation and recognition, directly impacting current and future students. In this high-visibility role, you will be closely supported by your manager and collaborate broadly across the organization. Your next steps here include the chance to move into a Program Manager or another role within the PMO or explore Enterprise Architecture. This is an exciting time to join us.
