As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for promoting and selling Primerica's financial products to individuals, families, and small businesses, while providing exceptional customer service and building long-term relationships.
Key Responsibilities:Product Sales & Marketing:
- Promote Primerica's products and services, including term life insurance, investments, debt management, and other financial solutions.
- Identify and target potential customers, including individuals and families looking to improve their financial security.
- Present financial plans tailored to clients' needs and goals, helping them make informed decisions about investments, and financial management.
Client Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and trust.
- Follow up with clients regularly to ensure ongoing financial needs are being met and recommend product upgrades or changes based on evolving goals.
Financial Education:
- Educate clients on the importance of financial planning, budgeting, and risk management.
- Host seminars, webinars, or one-on-one meetings to help clients understand complex financial concepts and products.
Compliance & Documentation:
- Ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements related to the sale of financial products.
- Complete necessary paperwork, including applications, contracts, and financial planning documents accurately and in a timely manner.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent. A bachelor's degree is a plus but not required.
- Skills:
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients.
- Self-motivated with a goal-oriented mindset.
- Basic financial literacy and interest in personal finance and investments.
- Experience: No prior sales or financial services experience required; training is provided.
