As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for promoting and selling Primerica's financial products to individuals, families, and small businesses, while providing exceptional customer service and building long-term relationships.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Product Sales & Marketing:

    • Promote Primerica's products and services, including term life insurance, investments, debt management, and other financial solutions.
    • Identify and target potential customers, including individuals and families looking to improve their financial security.
    • Present financial plans tailored to clients' needs and goals, helping them make informed decisions about investments, and financial management.
  2. Client Relationship Management:

    • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and trust.
    • Follow up with clients regularly to ensure ongoing financial needs are being met and recommend product upgrades or changes based on evolving goals.
  3. Financial Education:

    • Educate clients on the importance of financial planning, budgeting, and risk management.
    • Host seminars, webinars, or one-on-one meetings to help clients understand complex financial concepts and products.
  4. Compliance & Documentation:

    • Ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements related to the sale of financial products.
    • Complete necessary paperwork, including applications, contracts, and financial planning documents accurately and in a timely manner.
Qualifications:
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent. A bachelor's degree is a plus but not required.
  • Skills:
    • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
    • Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients.
    • Self-motivated with a goal-oriented mindset.
    • Basic financial literacy and interest in personal finance and investments.
  • Experience: No prior sales or financial services experience required; training is provided.
