What You'll Do:

What You'll Bring:

• Experience: Minimum of 7+ years as a Superintendent, ideally in residential or wood-frame construction.

• Leadership & Communication: Exceptional skills in driving results and inspiring teams.
• Regulatory Knowledge: Familiarity with WorkSafe BC and other industry standards.
• Flexibility to Work in Sechelt: Ability to be onsite for the duration of the project.
