Our client is a well-established company specializing in the fabrication and fitting of structural steel components, dedicated to providing high-quality craftsmanship and safe working practices.
What We Offer:

• Competitive hourly wages range from $22.00 to $35.00 per hour based on experience
• Consistent work with occasional overtime available

What You'll Do:

• Fit and weld structural steel components, following precise specifications and safety standards
• Perform metal cored arc welding (MCAW) and other welding techniques as required
• Read and interpret shop drawings to ensure accurate fabrication and assembly
• Work independently or as part of a team to meet project deadlines and quality standards
• Adhere to all company safety procedures, participate in safety meetings, and uphold a safe working environment

What We're Looking For:

• Proven experience in metal cored arc welding (MCAW) and structural steel fitting
• Valid CWB certification in MCAW/FCAW (apprentices with relevant experience are also encouraged to apply)
• Strong ability to interpret shop drawings and work with precision
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision or collaboratively within a team
• Commitment to safety protocols and participation in company safety initiatives

Schedule:

• Must be available for a 44-hour work week with opportunities for overtime
