About the Role
Are you an Audiologist or Hearing Instrument Specialist (HIP/HIS) who values making a positive impact on clients lives? Do you thrive in a fast-paced clinic environment and excel in client service? If so, consider joining our clients team as a Hearing Care Professional. Reporting to the District Sales
Manager, you'll play a key role in supporting clients on their journey to better hearing.
Key Responsibilities
Client Interaction: Provide an outstanding client experience through counseling, product recommendations, education, and troubleshooting.
Hearing Assessments: Conduct comprehensive hearing evaluations for new clients and recommend suitable hearing solutions tailored to each clients needs.
Client Relationship Management: Build and nurture ongoing client relationships, maintaining regular follow-ups to ensure satisfaction and continued care.
Documentation and Communication: Engage in verbal and written correspondence with clients, families, physicians, team members, and third-party payees to support the clients journey.
Standards and Protocol: Adhere to our clients Required Standards of Practice (RSOP) to maintain consistency in client care.

What We're Looking For
Qualifications: Licensed as an Audiologist or Hearing Instrument Practitioner (HIP/HIS) with the relevant provincial regulatory body or professional association.
