What Youll Do:
  • Provide Home, Auto, and Life Insurance solutions tailored to client needs.
  • Build and nurture relationships with local car dealerships, real estate agents, mortgage brokers, and lawyers to expand your network.
  • Develop leads, schedule appointments, and hold value-driven conversations with potential and existing clients.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service, addressing inquiries on policies, claims, and billing with a friendly, solutions-oriented approach.
  • Collaborate with the Agent and team to execute marketing strategies and achieve ambitious sales goals.
What Were Looking For:
Were seeking self-driven, goal-oriented professionals who thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment. Heres what makes a great fit for our team:
  • Sales experience (inside/outside sales, retail, telemarketing) is preferred but not required.
  • Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales goals.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong client relationships.
  • Problem-solving mindset and the ability to multitask in a high-energy environment.
  • Licenses: OTL and LLQP (preferred but not mandatorywell sponsor the right candidate to get licensed).
