Job Title: Tech Support Lead - SAP HANALocation:& Quebec, CanadaSalary:& CAD 95,000 per annum + BenefitsJob Description:We are seeking a Tech Support Lead with expertise in SAP HANA and a strong understanding of SAP infrastructure and Business One domain. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in ensuring the operational efficiency and reliability of our SAP systems. This position requires proficiency in HANA deployment, troubleshooting, performance analytics, and excellent communication skills in French.Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead a team of technical support professionals in providing high-quality support for SAP HANA and Business One systems.
  • Manage and oversee the deployment, troubleshooting, and performance analytics of SAP HANA and related infrastructure.
  • Utilize HANA Studio for monitoring, backup management, and optimization of database performance.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate solutions with Office 365 and manage proficient network integrations.
  • Ensure compliance with security parameters and policies, leveraging in-depth knowledge of Azure Active Directory.
  • Troubleshoot networking issues using various diagnostic tools such as ping and traceroute.
  • Administer Office 365 environment, overseeing migration processes and ensuring robust security measures are in place.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for escalated technical issues, resolving problems in a timely manner.
  • Provide training and mentorship to team members, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and knowledge sharing.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • Strong experience and knowledge of SAP HANA and Business One systems.
  • Proficiency in HANA deployment, troubleshooting, and performance analytics.
  • Familiarity with HANA Studio and backup management processes.
  • Experience in Office 365 administration, migration, and security best practices.
  • In-depth understanding of Azure Active Directory and related security parameters.
  • Solid understanding of networking principles and troubleshooting techniques.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication skills in both French and English.
  • Experience in a leadership role within a technical support environment is preferred.
