Air Partners is currently seeking a highly accomplished Flight Coordinator to join our rapidly expanding team.

A DAY IN THE LIFE OF AN AIR PARTNERS FLIGHT COORDINATOR:

  • Function as the primary point of contact for our esteemed clients, providing impeccable customer service through phone calls, emails, and face-to-face interactions.
  • Meticulously craft quotes and design flight itineraries to exceed the expectations of our discerning guests.
  • Precisely schedule flights and skillfully allocate flight crews, all while adhering to the stringent regulations of Transport Canada.
  • Organize all corporate travel requests, encompassing but not limited to commercial flights, ground transportation, accommodations, and dining arrangements, with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Coordinate the intricate web of trip logistics, including FBO arrangements, ground transportation logistics, gourmet catering, customs formalities, and precise slot timings.
  • Execute the role of a lounge attendant with finesse, ensuring a seamless experience for our guests during flight arrivals and departures. This includes overseeing guest check-in, passport verification, refreshment service, and luggage assistance.
  • Harness the power of various computer software programs to track flights and provide real-time updates to clients and service providers.
  • Maintain comprehensive flight logs and generate post-flight invoices for our clients.
  • Assume responsibility for the ELF program with diligence and precision.
  • Be prepared to contribute across various shifts, encompassing mornings, days, evenings, weekends, holidays, and on-call duties, ensuring that our clients have access to our services 24/7/365.
  • Fulfill additional administrative duties as required.

OUR MUST-HAVES:

  • Possess the flexibility to accommodate a dynamic work schedule.
  • Demonstrated proficiency through a minimum of 3 years of customer service experience.
  • Exemplify mastery of the English language, both in written and oral communication.
  • Showcase strong computer skills, with expertise in Microsoft Office 365.
  • Possess a degree or diploma in a relevant field, such as Business Administration, Travel and Tourism, Aviation, or Hospitality Services—an asset.
  • Exhibit an insatiable thirst for knowledge and an unrelenting drive for excellence.
