About the job:

Join the outbound sales team, where you'll have the opportunity to help us connect with some of the top leaders in communication. Our SDRs don't only spend their days trying to get in front of prospects, we help customers solve their everyday comms challenges. In this role, you'll report to the Manager of Sales Development and work towards helping us double our pipeline generation from 2024 alongside the outbound account executives who strives for excellence every day.

Your impact:

  • Collaborate with the Director of Sales and SDR Manager on ContactMonkey's outbound playbook (A/B testing outbound cadences and personalized, targeted email campaigns)
  • Creating new disruptive and creative outreach strategies to stand out, leveraging a multi-channel approach against 3+ more ICP contacts (LinkedIn, Email, Video, Cold Calls, Gifting)
  • Contact and qualify prospects through cold calls, emails, and discovery meetings, with the goal of booking qualified demos for the Account Executives
  • Execute Account Based Strategy playbook to convert SMB and MidMarket prospects (1,000-5,000 employees)
  • Hit minimum daily KPIs and generate 10 Sales Qualified Opportunities monthly
  • Developing strategies to maximize your success and collaborate with Account Executives, Product and Marketing
  • Getting to know the product, CRM, sales pipeline and understanding the qualification & sales process

About you:

  • 6+ Months of BDR/SDR experience with a proven track record of exceeding targets
  • Relentless grit & drive – demonstrated persistent nature and experience overcoming objections.
  • An honest and thoughtful communication approach that inspires confidence and builds enthusiasm
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organization skills & attention to detail
  • Self-Starter who welcomes feedback
