Job Summary:

This individual will be tasked with developing innovative hydraulic press solutions for a wide

range of industrial applications. This role is responsible for designing efficient, robust, and

technologically advanced hydraulic presses that meet our clients diverse needs.

Key Responsibilities:

· Design and develop hydraulic press systems from concept through to production, ensuring they are efficient, reliable, and comply with all safety standards.

· Work closely with clients to understand their specific requirements and translate these into detailed design specifications and technical drawings.

· Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including mechanical and electrical engineers, to integrate hydraulic systems with other machine components.

· Conduct simulations and analysis to optimize designs for performance and safety.

· Stay abreast of the latest advancements in hydraulic technology and incorporate innovative features into press designs.

· Manage project timelines and documentation, ensuring all designs are completed on schedule and conform to internal and external regulatory standards.

Qualifications:

· A University Degree or College Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, or a related field, with a strong emphasis on hydraulic systems.

· Proven experience in hydraulic press design, with a portfolio of successful projects in industrial applications.

· Deep understanding of mechanical design principles, hydraulic systems, and material properties.

· Proficiency in CAD software, such as AutoCAD or SolidWorks, for creating detailed designs and technical drawings.

· Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

· Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
