About the Role

Key Responsibilities
- Act as the Integrator within our EOS-based operating structure, ensuring the smooth execution of strategic goals across the business.
- Oversee and drive operational improvements for a high-need business unit, implementing changes that boost quality, efficiency, and team cohesion.
- Collaborate closely with Generation Z team members, understanding their motivations and engaging them effectively to build a high-performance culture.
- Use your landscaping industry experience to ensure operations align with industry best practices and client expectations.
- Lead from the front by actively participating in on-site problem-solving, ensuring that issues are resolved promptly.
- Build accountability into every level of the business, ensuring all team members are aligned and working toward shared goals.
- Experience in an Integrator Role: Proven track record in an Integrator or similar operations leadership role, ideally within EOS or another structured reporting system.
- Landscaping Expertise: Background in the landscaping industry, with the ability to understand operational specifics and standards in this field.
- Generation Z Leadership Skills: Skilled at working with and motivating Generation Z employees, understanding what drives engagement and performance in this cohort.
- Change Leader: Proven ability to lead and implement significant operational changes.
- Hands-On Problem Solver: This role requires a proactive, off-the-desk leader who thrives in a hands-on environment and is willing to take direct action to fix problems.
